More than just a grocery store, Kent's features items in the meat department and deli not found in other stores.
In addition to offering a complete selection of a traditional fresh Redding Meat Market, such as chicken, beef and pork, Kent's also offers cuts of buffalo, elk, deer and goat, as well as being the exclusive Shasta County market carrying Old Stage Angus Beef. The store smokes its own ham and bacon, along with several varieties of sausage and bratwurst.
In Kathy's Deli, Gourmet Dinners to-go, salads and sandwiches are made fresh daily. Kathy's Doggone Good Jerky and Kathy' homemade salsa are the talk of the town. Another deli feature is the 16-foot long cheese case featuring a large variety of domestic, imported and organic cheeses.
